For my own amusement, I'm redesigning a web based mobile banking site (re. not an app) I was involved in creating back in 2011, to bring it up to date a bit.
Digital banking usually has to be a lot more complicated than a lot of finance concepts that get uploaded to here and Behance, due to legal compliance of how much information HAS to be visible etc. It often means that there's way more information present than perhaps we'd like.
I've blurred out the branding, but I guess it's not hard to figure out.
I appreciate flat design, but not at the expense of affordance, so I'm trying to maintain a sense of depth and feel without resorting to unfashionable solutions.
